About EchoPilot

How it works

Capture. Tap the center mic and speak a single thought, checklist, schedule, note, or draft. Recording starts instantly with a live transcript.
Review. EchoPilot shows each extracted item as an action card with title, details, date, and destination.
Refine. Reply to the whole session or one specific card by text or voice, then watch cards update in place.
Send. Tap Add, Share, or Open to route approved cards to EchoPilot Tasks, Todoist, Google Tasks, Slack, Notion, WhatsApp, Apple apps, or Mail. Nothing sends without your tap.

How we use AI

EchoPilot uses automated speech-to-text and analysis to produce your action cards. Processors work only on your behalf to deliver results in the app. We do not use your content to train generalized machine-learning models.

Privacy

We do not sell user data, do not use your content for advertising, and encrypt OAuth credentials at rest. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
