What to include
- The email address on your EchoPilot account.
- The integration or feature your message is about (e.g. Google Tasks OAuth, Todoist, Slack, Apple Reminders, or voice transcription).
- A short description of the issue or request, plus screenshots if helpful.
- Your device OS and EchoPilot app version when reporting a bug.
Common requests
- App availability: ask about iPhone or Android launch timing and store links.
- Account deletion: you can delete your account in the app from Settings. See Account deletion for steps and retention details.
- Data export: sessions, action cards, and integration settings on request.
- Privacy questions: see our Privacy Policy, including Google API Limited Use requirements.
- OAuth verification (Google reviewers): include the OAuth client ID; we typically reply within one business day.

If you believe you have found a security issue, email support@echopilotapp.com with the subject line Security disclosure and a description of the issue. Please allow reasonable time to investigate before public disclosure.
