Delete your account in the app
To delete your EchoPilot account yourself:
- Open the EchoPilot mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion warning to permanently delete the account.
What is deleted
Account deletion removes personal data associated with your EchoPilot account, including:
- Account profile information and authentication records.
- Voice note sessions, transcripts, extracted tasks, reminders, notes, events, and email drafts stored in EchoPilot.
- Stored integration tokens and integration settings.
- Subscription/account entitlement records stored by EchoPilot, where deletion is legally permitted.
What may be retained
Some records may be kept for a limited time when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax/accounting, dispute handling, or service integrity. Examples include payment processor records, security logs, and records we are legally required to keep.
Deletion timeline
Most in-app account data is deleted immediately or queued for deletion when you confirm account deletion. Personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate security needs.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You can delete individual sessions, tasks, reminders, and notes from inside EchoPilot. You can also disconnect integrations from Settings at any time, which removes stored integration tokens.
