Refund Policy
Refunds for web subscriptions, and where to ask about Apple and Google Play purchases.
This policy covers EchoPilot Pro subscriptions purchased on our website through Paddle. Apple handles refunds for subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app; request those through Apple's refund page. Google Play handles refunds for subscriptions purchased in the Android app; request those through Google Play's refund page. EchoPilot also has a Free plan with the allowances listed on the pricing page; no payment is taken unless you choose Pro.
EchoPilot is operated by XSTOCK SUITE LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
1. Who you are buying from
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for subscriptions purchased on our website. Paddle is the seller on those transactions, issues the invoice, collects applicable sales tax or VAT, and processes refunds. Their buyer terms apply alongside this policy. Where this policy is more generous than Paddle's, we honour this one. Apple is the billing provider for subscriptions purchased in the iPhone app, and Google Play for subscriptions purchased in the Android app.
2. 14-day refund
If you are not happy with EchoPilot Pro, ask within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to your first subscription payment, monthly or annual.
3. Annual plans after 14 days
If you cancel an annual plan more than 14 days in, write to us. We will refund the unused whole months at our discretion, and we generally do. We would rather return money than keep somebody on a plan they have stopped using.
4. Renewals you did not expect
If a renewal charge takes you by surprise and you have not meaningfully used the Service since it renewed, tell us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
5. Cancelling
Cancel a web subscription from Settings, then Subscription, in EchoPilot. Cancel an Apple subscription in your App Store subscriptions, and a Google Play subscription in your Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next charge and is not the same as a refund: access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
6. What is not refunded
We do not refund accounts closed for violating the Terms of Service, and we do not refund repeat requests from the same account across multiple billing periods. Nothing here removes a statutory right to cancel or to a refund that you have where you live; where local law gives you more, local law wins.
7. How to ask
Email support@echopilotapp.com from the address on the account, and include the date of the charge. We reply within two business days. Refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank.
8. Questions about a charge
If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank. A chargeback closes the account automatically while it is investigated, and it is almost always slower than us simply refunding you.
