Approved actions,
in the apps you already use.
EchoPilot drafts the task, the reminder, the event, the note or the message, picks a destination, and creates nothing anywhere until you approve the card.
- 18 destinations
- Review before anything is created
- Opt-in, encrypted at rest
Destination chosen for you
A task goes to your task manager, a date to a calendar, a message to the app you connected. Or wherever you named.
Then it stops
The card waits in your queue with the destination and the moment it came from. Change it, edit it, or discard it.
Opt-in, encrypted
Nothing is connected by default. Credentials are encrypted at rest and you can disconnect at any time.
Across your devices
Cloud connections follow your EchoPilot account, including the desktop web window. Device actions use your phone: Apple Reminders and Notes on iPhone, device calendars on iPhone or Android. Open the card there to continue; the desktop does not send it to a phone automatically.
Grouped by what they are for.

Meeting commitments become Todoist tasks, with the agreed due date, created only after you approve the card.

Microsoft Teams
Post an approved message into a selected Teams chat. Requires a connected Microsoft account and the requested Teams permissions; your organization may require consent.
Hand off to WhatsApp with the message prefilled, so you choose the recipient and press send yourself.
Open a mail draft with the follow-up already written, ready for you to address and send.
Built in
1 Everything can stay inside EchoPilot if you would rather not connect anything.EchoPilot Library
Tasks, reminders and notes kept inside EchoPilot, for anything you do not want to route elsewhere.
What is not a destination
Gmail and Google Chat are not supported. They appear in EchoPilot's provider list because they share an authorisation with services that are, but EchoPilot creates and sends nothing in either of them. For a drafted follow-up email, use Mail or Outlook Mail.
