EchoPilot and Outlook Calendar
The follow-up meeting or deadline agreed in a meeting becomes an event in your Outlook calendar, with the time that was actually said, added only after you approve the card.

Outlook Calendar, in depth.
If your calendar is Outlook, whether through Microsoft 365 at work or a personal Outlook account, the times agreed in a meeting belong there. EchoPilot hears them, drafts the event, and adds it only when you say so.
What lands in Outlook
An event, with a title that says what it is for, the start time that was said and the end time or duration, all-day when that is what was agreed, the location when one was named, and notes that carry the context. The card shows the moment in the recording the time came from, so you can hear exactly what was agreed before you approve it.
The event goes to your default Outlook calendar. If a network error interrupts the request, the retry does not create a second copy.
No invitations sent
EchoPilot creates the event on your own calendar and adds no attendees, so nobody receives an invitation from it. When the people from the meeting should be invited, open the event in Outlook and invite them yourself, once you are sure of the time.
Nothing appears until you approve it
Nothing is added to Outlook until you confirm the card. You can change the time, rename the event, change the destination if EchoPilot guessed wrong, or discard the card entirely.
Editing after it has been added
Once the event exists, EchoPilot can still rename it, change its notes, move its start or end time, or change its location from the card. Deleting the event, or sending the card to a different destination, asks you to confirm first.
Connecting
Connect Microsoft in Settings, with a work or school account or a personal Microsoft account. It uses OAuth, so EchoPilot never sees your password, and the stored credentials are encrypted at rest. A work or school account may need your organisation’s approval before it can connect. Disconnecting stops future cards from routing to Outlook and leaves every event you already added exactly where it is.
