Meetings in Arabic, minutes in Arabic.
Record the meeting in Arabic, or in Arabic and English together. The transcript keeps every word as it was spoken, and the minutes come back in Arabic, right to left, with every commitment drafted as a card you approve.
- Verified end to end
- Right to left, in an Arabic typeface
- Arabic and English in one meeting
Verified, not listed
A real Arabic recording passed every stage: the transcript, the minutes and their actions, Ask, translation and export.
Arabic and English, as spoken
A meeting that moves between Arabic and English is transcribed the way it was said, not forced into one language.
Right to left, properly
Minutes, transcript and PDF exports read right to left in an Arabic typeface. The app around them stays as it is.
The follow-up, drafted
Every commitment becomes a card for your task app, your calendar or a WhatsApp draft, created only when you approve it.
Arabic, in depth.
Arabic (العربية) is one of four languages EchoPilot verifies end to end, alongside English, Urdu and Hindi. Most meeting tools publish a list of languages. EchoPilot publishes which ones it has actually tested, and Arabic is one of them.
What verified means
A real Arabic recording was taken through every stage of the product: speech to text, the Meeting Minutes and the action items drawn from them, Ask, translation and export, and the transcript’s honest fallback when speakers cannot be told apart. Every stage passed, and the run is recorded with its date. The other languages EchoPilot offers for translation are labelled best effort in the app, because that full run has not been done for them.
An Arabic meeting stays Arabic
The minutes are written in the language the meeting was held in. An Arabic meeting comes back with an Arabic title, summary, chaptered notes, key points and action items, not an English summary of an Arabic conversation. The Meeting Minutes page shows everything the document contains.
If a colleague needs it in English, translate the minutes on Pro. The translation is added beside the Arabic original, never in place of it; the transcript stays exactly as it was spoken, and you can switch back at any time.
Arabic and English in the same meeting
Plenty of meetings move between Arabic and English, sometimes inside one sentence: a technical term, a product name, a figure read off a slide. The transcript keeps each word in the language it was spoken in, rather than forcing the whole meeting into one, and every line still plays its moment in the recording.
Right to left, wherever you read it
Arabic content reads right to left, with the title starting from the right, in an Arabic typeface, on iPhone, Android and the web. Only the meeting’s own content changes direction. The app around it stays as it is, so an Arabic meeting never flips an English interface. Export the minutes as a PDF and the document is typeset the same way, with action items keeping their checkboxes on the right.
Ask the meeting
Ask was part of the verification. Ask about an Arabic meeting and the answer cites the moment in the recording it used, so you can play the sentence yourself before you rely on it.
From the meeting to the follow-up
Every commitment in the meeting becomes an action card drafted from the Arabic minutes, with a destination already chosen: a task in Todoist or Microsoft To Do, an event in Google or Outlook Calendar, or a WhatsApp message written and ready for you to send. Nothing is created until you approve it.
Who said what
On supported Pro meetings, speaker turns can be identified and renamed. When reliable attribution is not available, the full transcript is shown without names and the app says so, rather than guessing. That fallback was part of the Arabic run too.

Your next meeting can end with the work already drafted.
Install EchoPilot on the phone or the computer you already work on, record the next conversation you would otherwise try to remember, and read the minutes, the transcript and the drafted actions it gives you back.
